Activity of immunoglobulins, also known as antibodies, refers to their ability to bind to antigens that are capable of producing sickness. Optimune is manufactured using a patented process that preserves the activity of the natural antibodies found in cow¹s milk. These active antibodies, which are also found in colostrum, are similar to human antibodies. They can bolster a poorly functioning immune system by supplementing your body¹s own antibodies. The active immunoglobulin content in Optimune is approximately two to four times as high as the Ig content in most other whey protein supplements, and eight times as high as the immunoglobulin content in pasteurized milk.
